The Beginning. (For lack of a better title)

[toadguy]

Thufir sat in his office, grading final exams. The battle exam had already been done and graded, and the literary ones were wrapping up. He smiled to himself. Not one student had gotten 100. Yet again. His smile slowly faded as he saw the last test. Miharu Nara. That little girl had finally managed to break the record. He picked up the PA. "Miharu Nara, Mr. Hawat's office, Miharu Nara, Mr. Hawat's office."

[Damien]

Miharu heard her name called and got up out of her desk. She blushed out of embarrassment, because some people thought she had done something bad. Or maybe, she had gotten such a low score on the test she was getting thrown out. Or maybe the administrators were wondering why the girl only cared for eevee and their evolved forms. Or maybe her brother was doing something important and she was getting called up so she could leave early, and meet up with her two brothers. As she reached Mr. Hawat's office, she knocked loudly on the door, only three times, no more.

[Flareon]

The general knocked on Thufir's office as well. She was to award this student.

[Damien]

"Ohh...uhh...hello...errrr...General..." Miharu says, poking her to index fingers together nervously. She had no idea what was going to happen. However, if it involved the general, it was either super bad, or super good.

[Flareon]

Mattie smiled at the student. "Don't be nervous; You should be happy! You got the highest mark in the class!" She said. "We're just going to wait until commander Thufir opens the door."

[Damien]

"I got what? But, I just came here a year ago. There are some people that have been here for the maximum time you can be here." Miharu says. Was it because Damien and James had helped her prepare the week before?

[toadguy]

Lunatone opened the door. Solrock butted her out of the way. "Aloha!" Solrock threw a lei at them. Thufir threw a pen at Solrock "Enough! Please come in. Have a seat." Luntone floated into a chair. Thufir glared at her angrily, at which point she retreated into the closet. Solrock went in after her.

[Flareon]

Mattie walked in, and raised a brow at Thufir.

"Not very obedient for a commander's pokemon, are they? Shape up, soldier."

[toadguy]

Lunatone poked out. "Hey, don't dis us!" Solrock came out too. "Yeah, we just like to mess around." "You should see us battle." "Yeah we're amazing." Thufir smiled. "They have spoken." He pulled their pokeballs out of his desk and returned them. "They know how to behave when they have to." He sent out Corsola. "And now down to what I called you in for. You are the first person, to ever perfectly pass my final. Sure, your battle was a little...'pretty' and that's something you aren't going to have time for in the middle of battling in the field. But since we all know that you want to be a coordinator, I excused it. That's partly the reason I selected Corsola to battle you today. I wanted the general to see your style. I think it's about time for your first field mission, but I need the general's approval. So we are going to go down to the field, and you are going to battle me. I must warn you, this will be unlike any battle you've had with a student. But I think you'll do fine. It will be a 1 on 1 battle, and I'm giving you the advantage by telling you which pokemon I am going to use. So go make your choice, and meet me and the general at the arena in 5 minutes."

[Flareon]

"Hehe, you knew I was kidding. Everyone loves Sol and Luna." She chuckled. "And yes! We have a special prize for you!" She said, turning, and making room for Miharu to enter the room.

Mattie was pretty lenient for a military leader...but got strict when nessicary.

[Damien]

"I know the perfect Pokemon. Though, its not going to have either an advantage, or a disadvantage. I just have one request, if the General would allow. I would like my older brothers, Damien and James, to see the battle." Miharu says with a smile. However, behind all of that, she was perfectly nervous. Like any student would be.

[Flareon]

"Yes, the more the merrier!." She said.

[toadguy]

He gasped. "Oh! I forgot all about the prize!" He banged his head on the desk. He threw Nosepass's pokeball out the window. "Nosepass! Find something good for Miharu underground."

[Damien]

Miharu looked kind of frightened when Mr. Hawat banged his head on his desk. Than she sighed when she noticed he was OK. "I don't remember hearing anything about a prize." Miharu says, scratching her chin. Than she remembered what General Frasier had just said, "Oh, OK."

[Flareon]

The general took a seat in one of the chairs, and nodded to Thufir.

"The Trophy, Thufir..."
